Dive into a Mystical Ocean at DigiPark Sydney these school holidays

Step into a world where art, technology and imagination come together at DigiPark Sydney.

Located in the heart of the city at Westfield Sydney, DigiPark is an immersive digital attraction filled with interactive art, colourful projections and unexpected experiences around every corner. Designed for families, children and curious explorers, it invites guests to become part of the action rather than simply watch it.

A typical visit allows approximately 90 minutes to explore at your own pace. Some guests move through more quickly, while others spend longer creating, playing and returning to their favourite attractions.

Each experience at DigiPark offers a different way to interact with the digital world.

Step inside the Holographic Cube and see projections appear around you. Bring your imagination to life at Magic Pen, where children can colour their own creations before watching them appear on the walls and interact within the digital environment.

Travel through the Space & Time Tunnel, board the Infinite Train for a journey into another world and navigate the reflections of the Mirror Maze. Guests can also feel part of the action inside the 7D Cinema, where movement and sensory effects turn every screening into an adventure.

Please note that the 7D Cinema has strict safety requirements. Guests must have already turned five and must be at least 100 centimetres tall. Both requirements are strictly enforced.

A new underwater adventure

From 19 September to 18 October 2026, DigiPark will dive beneath the waves with Mystical Ocean, a new school-holiday campaign created in partnership with ORRCA.

Alongside DigiPark’s regular attractions and experiences, families will discover additional ocean-inspired content across the attraction. The Space & Time Tunnel will receive an underwater update, while the Infinite Train will transport passengers into a whole new ocean world.

Guests will also be taken on an adventure featuring footage from one of ORRCA’s expeditions, connecting DigiPark’s imaginative experience with the organisation’s real work protecting marine mammals.

At Magic Pen, young artists can colour their own fish, project them onto the walls and watch as their creations swim and respond around them.

Mystical Ocean is included with General Admission, giving both new and returning visitors something different to discover during the school holidays.

Complete six missions and become an Ocean Guardian

Children aged five and over can add an Ocean Explorer Passport to their visit for $10.

The passport transforms DigiPark into a mission-led adventure. Young explorers complete six activities and collect stamps as they travel through attractions including the Holographic Cube, Mirror Maze, Magic Pen, Space & Time Tunnel, Infinite Train and 7D Cinema.

Along the way, they will meet six Ocean Heroes: Cora the Cuttlefish, Toby the Turtle, Danny the Dolphin, Maria the Manta Ray, Lumi the Whale and Sammy the Shark.

After completing every mission, explorers return for an Ocean Guardian Ceremony. They will make an Ocean Guardian pledge, have their certificate officially stamped and receive a 3D-printed Ocean Hero to take home.

Helping protect marine life with ORRCA

DigiPark has partnered with the Organisation for the Rescue and Research of Cetaceans in Australia, better known as ORRCA.

ORRCA helps provide care and protection for marine mammals, leading rescue and response work while supporting specialised training, research and conservation for whales, dolphins, seals and dugongs.

The partnership brings real marine education into the Mystical Ocean experience. Children can enjoy an imaginative adventure while learning more about the animals living in our oceans and the people working to protect them.

For every $10 Ocean Explorer Passport sold, DigiPark will donate $2 (20%) directly to ORRCA to help support its mission. Families will also have a special opportunity to meet ORRCA’s President at DigiPark on 26 September. The President will introduce visitors to ORRCA, explain its mission and share more about the organisation’s work with marine mammals.

Something new every school holiday

Mystical Ocean is the latest in DigiPark’s evolving series of themed school-holiday campaigns.

The series began with Dragon Egg Awakening, which invited young adventurers to complete challenges and become part of a fantasy story. Each new campaign introduces fresh content, characters and activities while allowing families to continue enjoying DigiPark’s regular attractions.
