After six months of reinvention, Infinity at Sydney Tower will open its doors on Wednesday 30th of September. Replacing 360 Bar and Dining and located on level one of Sydney Tower, 81 floors above the Sydney CBD, Infinity is a brand-new culinary concept, with award-winning Head Chef Mike Dierlinger at the helm.
