• Westfield Chermside mall doors open at 6am.

Queuing Information

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers, please review the below queuing arrangements:

• The official queue will begin at the entrance near Pappa Flock on Level 2 in the outdoor dining precinct.
• Customers may begin lining up before 6am, however, all queues must form at the designated Pappa Flock entrance.
• Numbered wristbands will be distributed by the Princess Polly team to customers waiting within the designated queuing area.
• Once centre doors open at 6am, security will escort customers from the Pappa Flock entrance to the designated queuing zones located near the Princess Polly store.
• Customers cannot hold or reserve a place in the queue for others. To maintain your position and receive a wristband, you must be physically present in the designated queuing area.
