Parents' rooms

Each room has a private feeding cubicle, large changing bench, microwave and sink, as well as an adult and child-size toilet.

Parents with prams parking

We provide designated parents with prams parking spaces to give parents enough room to get in and out of the centre comfortably.

• Yellow Car Park entrance on Carindale Street & Millennium Boulevard
• Orange Car Park entrance on Millennium Boulevard

$6 Valet Parking for Parents with Prams

Parents with prams and Seniors receive $6 Valet on weekdays!

Simply present your Westfield membership to Valet staff on entry to redeem.

For full Valet service

• Monday - Friday $12
• Saturday - Sunday $15
• Thursday after 6pm for Westfield members $6

Monday to Friday only:

• Parents with Prams $6
• Seniors $6
• Disability Permit Holders $6

There are 3 easy steps to follow:

1. Enter the P1 Pink car park via Millennium Blvd and follow the signs to Valet.
2. Hand your keys to one of our friendly Valet Attendants and they will give you a retrieval passport.
3. Return to the Valet Parking Lounge once you have finished shopping and they will retrieve your car for you.

Kids Play Area

Take a break and let your little ones be entertained in our kids' play area. All children are welcome and entry is free, however, children must be supervised at all times.

You’ll find our Kids Play Area on Ground Level in the Glasshouse Dining Precinct.

Table 26 also offers a space for customers to unwind while their little ones play safely in a fully enclosed infant's area.

Visit Table 26 on Level 1, near Myer.

Kiddy cars

Kiddy Cars are available for hire from our Concierge Desks, located on Ground Level below the Food Court or Level 1 near Kmart.

Quiet Time

Westfield aims to create an inclusive environment for all customers and offer a shopping experience where everyone feels welcomed and valued. The Quiet Time initiative exists to make a difference to those who face the challenges of shopping in a high sensory environment, allowing customers and their families and carers to remain connected to their community.

The lighting is reduced, the music is changed to a softer playlist and the volume is adjusted to limit sensory over-stimulation. For more information and sensory maps, click here
