To ensure all our customers can navigate around our centre with ease we offer the following services to assist with accessibility.
For mobility-impaired customers, we offer wheelchairs, wheelie walkers and power shoppers complimentary for three hours. The wheelchairs and power shoppers are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. You can hire these services from the concierge desk located on Level 1 near David Jones.
To hire a mobility vehicle, you will need proof of identification, which should be either a valid passport, driver’s license or proof of age card. On presentation of these, you’ll be asked to fill out a hire agreement form. Once that’s done, you’re ready to go.

At Westfield Carindale all of our toilet areas have a wheelchair accessible toilet.
We offer free parking to customers that hold a disability permit. Please present your valid disability permit and parking ticket at the concierge desk and a member of our friendly team will validate your ticket.
If you're a frequent shopper, you can register for a disabled parking token. Simply present your valid disability permit (or copy of and photo ID) at the concierge desk and ask for an application form. Once registered, simply take your parking ticket and parking token to the concierge desk next time you are shopping at Westfield Carindale, and they will validate your ticket.
