We want your visit to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Our friendly concierge team are available during standard centre trading hours to help in all aspects of your visit including:

• Westfield gift cards – you can purchase your gift cards here and also check your balance.
• General centre information – our team can point you in the right direction.
• Hiring mobility equipment - you can hire Power Shoppers and Wheelchairs from both concierge desks
• Lost and found property – for all lost and found property enquiries visit one of our Concierge desks or call us.
• Upcoming events – get the latest details on what’s happening in-centre.

We have two Concierge Desks at Westfield Carindale:

Concierge Desk 1 is located on Ground Level below the Food Court (near Flight Centre)
Concierge Desk 2 is located on Level 1 near Kmart
