Westfield and Lifeline Australia
We are proud and excited to welcome another year of our national partnership with Lifeline Australia.
For over 60 years, Lifeline has been here for Australians, ensuring that no person has to face their toughest moments alone.

Lifeline’s new website will make it easier than ever for Australians to get help when they need it most. Whether someone is in crisis, caring for a loved one, or looking for resources, the redesigned site will help them find the right support.
Created in collaboration with people who have lived experience, our new site is easier to use, more inclusive, and better meets the needs of all Australians.
Here's what's new on the website:
- A clearer ‘front door’ to Lifeline, with guided pathways to connect help seekers with the right support across crisis support, counselling, self-led support, and training.
- An integrated Support Toolkit with clinically informed and practical resources is just a click away.
- A simpler, more welcoming design that reflects our new brand and helps people navigate with ease.
- Instant translation across Australia’s 10 most spoken languages, bringing support to more communities.
- Smarter search, so anyone can find what they are looking for quickly and easily.
- A mobile-first design, which means the website is easy to use on all devices.
- Improved accessibility, so more people, including those with vision, hearing, or mobility challenges, can access support with confidence.

Every day, Lifeline supports Australians who find themselves overwhelmed through their call centres, live chats and texting service. Lifeline has recently added to their available services with a suite of Support Toolkit. This comprehensive resource offers support strategies, tools, techniques, and apps, along with information on support services to help you manage your mental health. Wherever you are, help is at your fingertips with the Support Toolkit
You can also phone Lifeline to speak to a Crisis Supporter on 13 11 14 (24 /7), text 0477 131 114 (24/7) or chat to Lifeline online at www.lifeline.org.au (24/7).
