Australian luxury retailer Harrolds has opened its new flagship boutique at Westfield Sydney, marking an exciting new chapter for the iconic Australian retailer and bringing an elevated luxury menswear destination to the heart of Sydney CBD.

The new flagship is a larger destination than the original Harrolds boutique and houses dedicated shop-in-shop concepts for key brand partners including Brioni, Thom Browne, Stefano Ricci and Lardini. The store brings together one of Australia’s largest collections of exclusive international designer brands, many available only through Harrolds.

The floorplan is organised around three distinct spaces – Modern Luxury, Classic Luxury and a Living Room lounge – with natural Italian marble running throughout the boutique. Guests can explore tailored formalwear and contemporary luxury pieces, alongside handcrafted footwear, accessories and exclusive capsule collections.

The new store also introduces dedicated environments for fragrance and lifestyle collections, as well as private fitting suites designed for clients seeking a fully bespoke experience. At the heart of the boutique is a dedicated hospitality bar, offering guests complimentary Italian coffee, champagne, wine and other curated beverages.

Harrolds Managing Director Arasch Enayat said the vision was never simply to build another luxury store. “We wanted to create a destination that reflects the very best of international luxury retail while remaining distinctly Harrolds.”

“Every detail, from the Italian marble and bespoke interiors to our hospitality offering, has been designed to deliver an experience that cannot be replicated online. Luxury today is about emotion, service and relationships, and this new flagship represents the future of Harrolds.”

The flagship also reinforces Harrolds’ position as Australia’s leading curator of international luxury menswear, bringing together some of the world’s finest luxury houses under one roof.

“Our relationships with the world's finest luxury houses are built on decades of trust, and this flagship is the clearest expression yet of that partnership,” said Harrolds Managing Director Zia Khorram.

“Bringing brands like Brioni, Thom Browne, Stefano Ricci and Lardini together under one roof, each with the space to express its own identity, is something no other retailer in Australia can offer. This is a store built on genuine collaboration with the brands themselves.”

For fellow Managing Director Gino Pagano, the experience has been designed with the client at its centre.

“Every decision in this new store – from the flow between spaces to the smallest detail of service – has been made with the client in mind,” he said.

“We wanted a place where our clients feel genuinely looked after, not just served. That is what will set this flagship apart, and it's the standard we intend to bring to every Harrolds experience going forward.”

Founded by John and Mary Poulakis in 1985, Harrolds has evolved under its new ownership to focus solely on luxury menswear, curating an exceptional edit of international designers and offering highly personalised styling and service.
