With more than 30 years experience, Philip Chiang first demonstrated his artisan skills in Melbourne working with Michelin star chef Paul Bocuse. Trained in the French art of pastry while based in Tokyo, Philip modernises traditional French style baking by adding a modern Japanese influence.
