To ensure all our customers can navigate around our centre with ease, we offer the following services to assist with accessibility.
Our friendly concierge team are available to help you with directions, store information, lost property, transport, parking information and more. You can find our concierge desks on level 1 close to Kmart, and level 2 opposite Westpac Bank.
For mobility-impaired customers, we offer complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers for up to 3 hours. To hire a mobility vehicle, you will need to head to either of our concierge desks with proof of identification, which should be either a valid passport, driver's license or proof of age card.
On presentation of these, you'll be asked to fill out a hire agreement form. Once that's done, you're ready to go.
Westfield Southland also offers free parking to customers that hold a disability permit. Please register your disability permit at either of our concierge desks, where a member of our friendly team will register your details.
