Football for Fans: Catch all the action live and free

Together with SBS, we are excited to bring all the action of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ to Westfield Southland, with live streaming and football-themed events.

SBS Football Fan Zones

From Friday 12th June – Monday 20th July, Westfield Southland will be streaming the FIFA World Cup 2026™, in partnership with SBS, live and free from Canada, Mexico and the USA. Don’t miss the Socceroos’ campaign as they take on Türkiye, USA and Paraguay in the first stage. It all kicks off from 12th June, so mark these dates in your calendar:

Australia v Türkiye, 14th June – 2pm AEST
Australia v USA, 20th June – 5am AEST
Australia v Paraguay, 26th June – 12pm AEST

If the mighty Socceroos have inspired you to join a local soccer club, or you're looking for some fan gear to cheer on your favourite team. Visit our themed football display on level 2 near Factorie to view a curated edit of football products available to shop from Westfield Southland stores.

We’re committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment. Westfield is a proud participant in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme which helps to support and raise awareness for people living with a hidden disability.

We also offer 'Quiet Time’ every Tuesday between 10:30am and 11:30am with our centre lights dimmed and music volume adjusted. At some centres, beyond the common areas, many of our retailers will also participate by dimming the lights and lowering the music in their stores during ‘Quiet Time’.
