Bami Vietnamese was founded in Adelaide in 2016 by childhood friends and life partners Trien Le and Mai Nong.Trien, a former chef working for various restaurants in Adelaide, and Mai both developed a deep love for traditional home cooking from a young age. Completing the winning trifecta was Khanh Tran, who had a background in hospitality. Being in Vietnamese culture, the team developed a deep love for traditional home cooking from a young age. Their profound appreciation for food, family and heritage gave birth to the concept of Bami Vietnamese. The team set a vision to build a restaurant business that provides the essence of Vietnamese cuisine.
