About Lifeline

Lifeline exists to ensure that no one must face their toughest moments alone. For over 60 years, Lifeline have been connecting Australians in need through crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Every 24 seconds, a person in Australia reaches out to Lifeline for help. Their services have never been needed more. Through phone, text and online chat Lifeline is available 24 hours a day to listen, without judgement, to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.

Lifeline provides opportunities for connection through digital and face-to-face suicide prevention crisis support services through a network of 41 centres, 10,000 volunteers including 4,500 Crisis Supporters and 1,000 employees.

It takes $39 to help connect someone in crisis with trained volunteers to provide support to people in moments of crisis.

From 1 – 31 October 2026, Westfield is matching every customer donation, dollar for dollar, up to $15,000. That means customer support goes twice as far in helping Lifeline answer more calls from Australians in crisis. Donations can be made at the Concierge Desks in-centre or via the Lifeline Move It for Mental Health webpage.

You can phone Lifeline to speak to a Crisis Supporter on 13 11 14, text 0477 131 114 or chat to Lifeline online at www.lifeline.org.au (all services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

*All donations (less Humanitix fees) will be donated to Lifeline. All donations over $2 are tax deductible and can be claimed by your bank account statement. Financial donations can be made via the Humanitix optional additional donation section on the ticketing page, or via the above link.

For every $1 you donate from 12.01am AEST on 01/10/26 until 11:59pm AEST on 31/10/2026, Scentre Ltd will donate $1 to Lifeline Australia, up to a maximum of $15,000. Donations will be directed into the Good2Give Community Fund (ABN 75 706 087 295) and dispersed to Lifeline Australia. All donations over $2 are tax deductible and can be claimed by your bank account statement. Fundraising License numbers: NSW 16842, VIC 14078-19, QLD CH2502, SA CCP3124, WA CC20411.
