What excites you most about opening Cinnabon at Westfield North Lakes?
What excites me most about opening Cinnabon at Westfield North Lakes is the opportunity to bring a globally loved brand into a thriving community. I’m excited about introducing customers to the unmistakable aroma, premium quality, and consistent experience that the brand is known for, while also building a local team that delivers outstanding service. Beyond the product itself, I look forward to becoming an active part of the community, creating a destination where families, and friends can celebrate, and enjoy a memorable treat.

For someone visiting Cinnabon for the first time, what’s your signature treat or must-try item?
For first-time visitors, the absolute must-try is the Classic Cinnabon Roll. It perfectly showcases what the brand is famous for, warm, soft dough layered with rich Makara cinnamon and finished with smooth, velvety cream cheese frosting. It’s indulgent, comforting, and instantly memorable. If they’re looking for something a little lighter or easier to share, the MiniBon or CinnaPacks are also fantastic options. But the Classic Roll delivers the full Cinnabon experience and is the ideal introduction to why people around the world love the brand.

Is there a seasonal item you’re looking forward to bringing out?
Yes! I’m particularly looking forward to introducing Cinnabon’s seasonal and limited-time offerings, as they create excitement and give customers something new to look forward to throughout the year. Items such as special-flavour rolls, festive bundles, and seasonal beverages are always a huge hit.

How do you train your team to make the perfect roll every time?
Consistency and attention to detail are the foundation of producing the perfect roll every time. Our team is trained thoroughly on Cinnabon’s brand standards and recipes from day one. We place strong emphasis on hands-on training, visual quality checks, and continuous coaching, so team members understand not only how to make the product, but why each step matters.
