Sensitive Santa

Everyone gets their time with Santa this Christmas with our Sensitive Santa option.

Join us for our Sensitive Santa experience where families can have a photo taken in a relaxed environment, tailored to children with sensory challenges. These calm and comfortable photography sessions take place before stores open when the centre is quieter to create a relaxed and sensory-friendly Santa experience.

Auslan Santa

This year we're proud to continue Auslan Santa, a program offering children who use Auslan as their primary form of communication, the chance to share their Christmas wish list directly with an Auslan-fluent Santa. Developed in collaboration with Deaf Australia, the sessions will be longer and will have helpers and an interpreter on hand to facilitate.

Pet Photography

Why should your four-legged family members miss out on all the fun? Bring them along for a Santa photo with the whole family.

Dress-ups are welcomed, so dress your pet in their best festive outfit to create the paw-fect Christmas memory to cherish for years to come.

Best Parking: Rooftop, near Event Cinemas or carpark near Dan Murphy’s (enter from Lakefield Drive)

Waiting Location: Outdoor dining precinct, next to San Churro. Please see signs on arrival.

Arrival time: 5 – 10 minutes prior to your booking time. The photography staff will collect you when it’s your booking time and walk you into the centre.

Please also note that when you book a pet photography session, you are automatically opting in to the below terms and conditions:

• Owner/s must be responsible for their pet at all times.
• Owner/s must bring waste disposal bags for their pet's use if required. Please note that waste is prohibited from being placed in bins inside the centre.
• In the event that any animal exhibits aggressive behaviour, we will ask that they are removed from the centre.
• Owner/s must wait at the designated waiting location, in the outdoor dining area next to San Churro, prior to your allocated booking time.
• At the time of your booking, a staff member will meet you at the designated waiting location and escort you to the Santa photography set.
• Pets must be brought into the centre on a lead or in a cage.
• Every endeavour will be made to adhere to your booking time, however in the event that another photography session is being completed, we appreciate your patience while the current pet photography session is finishing up.

Which pets are allowed?

• Most pets are welcome, including dogs, cats, rabbits and other small animals.
• Centre management may at its discretion, remove any animals from the centre.
