Tenkomori Ramen House opened in 2012 at Sydney's Regent Place, introducing affordable self-serve ramen to the CBD. Early in 2013, sister store Oh! Matcha launched next door, becoming one of the city's first dedicated matcha cafes.
This dual-concept hub created a popular "Little Japan" experience, pairing quick savory noodles with premium green tea desserts. For over a decade, this combination has remained a staple for city diners.
