Terms and conditions
Advance booking is required for each participating child. Admission is A$25 per child. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except where a refund or other remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Other class bookings or make-up credits cannot be used to redeem this event; a separate event booking is required. A parent or carer must remain with and actively supervise their child throughout all gym floor and shopping-centre trick-or-treat activities. This is not a drop-off event. Photographs and video may be taken during the event. Please tell our team when booking and on arrival if you or your child do not wish to be photographed or filmed. Identifiable images will only be used for public promotional purposes with appropriate parent/carer consent. Please advise our team of any allergies when booking, and check the ingredients and suitability of collected treats before your child eats them. Costumes should allow safe movement and clear vision. Please follow My Gym staff and participating retailers' safety instructions throughout the event.
