My Gym offers fun, age-appropriate classes for children 6 weeks to 10 years old. Our program consists of noncompetitive gymnastics involving tumbling, balancing, and hanging. Younger children participate with their parents where we also include songs, dances, puppets, and fun games. Older kids do class on their own, working on exercising, relays, sports, and more games!
