Our Concierge Desk is located on Level 1 outside H&M.

We want your visit to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Our friendly concierge team are available during standard centre opening hours to help in all aspects of your visit including:

Mobility hire

We offer wheelchair and mobility scooter hire free of charge for up to two hours of use from Level 1 Concierge, near H&M.

To book a mobility vehicle please call Concierge on 07 5656 1200. The best parking for Concierge is the Purple Car Park, accessed via Creek Road.
