While technically recyclable, mainstream facilities don't have the capacity to separate these components, making them unable to go in your kerbside recycling.

Recycle with MECCA

By partnering with TerraCycle, MECCA provides an alternative for customers looking to sustainably dispose of beauty empties.

MECCA accepts makeup, haircare or skincare packaging (from any brand), such as:

• Shampoo bottles and caps
• Conditioner bottles and caps
• Hair gel tubes and caps
• Hair paste plastic jars and caps
• Lip balm tubes
• Soap dispensers and tubes
• Lotion bottles, tubes, dispensers and jars
• Shaving foam tubes (no cans)
• Lip gloss tubes
• Mascara tubes
• Eyeliner pencils and cases

Recycle with Sephora

Sephora has partnered with TerraCycle to help keep your once-loved products out of landfill! Plus, by recycling with Sephora, you can earn Beauty Pass points: 50 points for 1-5 items, 100 points for 5-10 itesms or 150 points for 10+ items. Score!

• Lip products
• Body wash bottles
• Concealer tubes and sticks
• Shampoo and conditioner bottles
• Glass packaging and pots

Recycle with Priceline

With the support of Maybelline New York and TerraCycle, Priceline are helping save makeup products from landfill as part of their 'Greener Together' recycling program.

Sephora accepts makeup packaging (from any brand), such as:

• Plastic tubes, bottles and containers
• Mascara tubes, wands and eyeliners
• Lip products
• Palettes with compacts (including with mirrors)
