Say hello to Park+ at Westfield Carousel
From 23 July 2018 Westfield Carousel introduced a new parking system that will make parking easier, faster and smarter. Get ready for Park+ by registering online today.
Why is parking changing?
As part of our exciting redevelopment, there was an opportunity to be the first shopping centre in Western Australia to introduce Park+, a new, world-class parking system that uses license plate recognition.
We know from customer feedback that parking has been a challenge in the past and this new system will mean less congestion, streamlined entry and exits and more parking spaces for Westfield customers, all without paper tickets. We are also happy to announce that finding a space will be even easier for customers, with a parking guidance system that will clearly communicate where the available spaces in the car parks are at any given time.
We are also proud to offer Western Australia’s first shopping centre valet parking service with a dedicated car park service team.
Parking is free for customers who:
• Visit for 3 hours or less*, or
• Have a valid ACROD permit (and have registered via customer service), or
• Enter after 5:30pm and leave prior to 6am
After that, parking rates will be:

* Please note that if you re-enter the car park within 45 minutes it is considered the same visit.
Catching a movie? You’ll get an extra hour of parking when you validate your ticket
Relax, sit back and enjoy your popcorn. You will get an extra hour free parking by scanning your cinema ticket before exiting the car park at any of the pay stations located near the centre entrances. Simply scan the barcode on either your printed or digital ticket from Hoyts to claim your extra 1 hour free parking. Movie tickets can also be validated at our Concierge Desk during centre opening hours.
If your movie ticket is being used via the Hoyts app, please note that the Hoyts app does not provide the parking validation barcode. To claim the extra hour free parking simply use the email from Hoyts containing your digital ticket and scan the parking validation barcode, located at the bottom of the PDF ticket, at a pay station prior to exiting the centre.
I have a disabled parking ticket, how do I register for free parking?
Head to the Concierge Desk and validate your ACROD permit for free parking that day. Or, register online, add your ACROD permit to your registration, and you’ll only need to verify your permit with the Concierge Desk once.
A new, smarter parking system
Park+ uses licence plate recognition to track parking without the need for a paper ticket, providing a streamlined entry and exit system for customers. On entry, a camera will capture or recognise your license plate details. When leaving, if you have spent less than three hours you will not be required to pay for parking and can proceed directly to the exit. A camera will recognise your vehicle’s license plate and the boom gate will open automatically.
How do I pay?
Remember, the first three hours are free. If you’re here longer, there are three ways to pay:
- Enter your license plate details at one of the many pay stations (to be located at all centre entrances) and pay via cash or Visa, Mastercard or Amex
- Insert credit card or utilise pay wave at the car park exit gate, or
- Register online with your licence plate number and credit card details and exit the car park as normal. The parking fee will be automatically charged to your card.
