Visit Carindale Library at Carindale

Come and visit the Carindale Library, located inside Westfield Carindale. This library provides customers with a vibrant community hub for learning, recreation and social opportunities; helping make Brisbane a more accessible and inclusive city.

Carindale Library is the first in Brisbane to loan iPads to customers loaded with Apps for members to use. The facility also has new radio frequency identification technology, which better manages the library's collection and makes borrowing even more simple. Visitors to the Carindale Library have access to over 66,000 items, including newspapers, magazines, fiction and non-fiction books, children's literature and biographies.

The library features a quiet room, news lounge, Xbox consoles, internet connected computers, and two community meeting rooms. There is a special space for children to enjoy story time, read a book in a nook, get creative at the craft bar, or play the interactive learning games.
