While technically recyclable, mainstream facilities don't have the capacity to separate these components, making them unable to go in your kerbside recycling.

By partnering with TerraCycle, MECCA provides an alternative for customers looking to sustainably dispose of beauty empties.

MECCA accepts makeup, haircare or skincare packaging (from any brand), such as:

• Shampoo bottles and caps
• Conditioner bottles and caps
• Hair gel tubes and caps
• Hair paste plastic jars and caps
• Lip balm tubes
• Soap dispensers and tubes
• Lotion bottles, tubes, dispensers and jars
• Shaving foam tubes (no cans)
• Lip gloss tubes
• Mascara tubes
• Eyeliner pencils and cases

Recycle with Priceline

With the support of Maybelline New York and TerraCycle, Priceline are helping save makeup products from landfill as part of their Greener Together recycling program.

Priceline accept makeup packaging (from any brand), such as:

• Glass bottles
• Pumps, caps and droppers
• Plastic tubes, bottles and containers
• Mascara tubes, wands and eyeliners
• Lip products
• Palettes with compacts (including with mirrors)

Give your Lush packaging a second life.

Through its Bring It Back recycling scheme, Lush gives customers a simple way to return their empty plastic packaging and help keep materials in circulation.
