We’ve improved the parking experience at Westfield Warringah Mall by introducing license plate recognition technology. This means there are now no paper tickets for faster, easier entry and exit from our car park.
How it works – non-Westfield members
- There is no boom gate at entry, so you can drive straight into the car park. If your visit is under 3 hours, parking is free.
- If it is over 3 hours, head to one of the many pay stations, enter your number plate and pay the parking fee.
- Drive to the exit where the system will recognise your parking payment and the boom gate will open automatically.

The information we collect assists Westfield to manage and improve the operation of the Centre including the car park area. We use this information for measuring and analysing car parking dwell times and shopper behaviour, marketing purposes, security purposes and to assist you to locate available car spaces and your car.
By entering the car park, you consent to Westfield collecting and using this information. How do I get to Valet?
Valet is located on Blue P3 car park.
Driving from Mosman & City: Veer left off Condamine Street onto Old Pittwater Road. Take your second right turn into Westfield Warringah Mall (after zebra crossing), and travel up the first ramp to your right & enter P3 of Blue Car Park.
Driving from Dee Why & Newport: Turn right onto Old Pittwater Road from Condamine Street. Take your second right turn into Westfield Warringah Mall (after the zebra crossing), travel up the first ramp to your right & enter P3 of Blue Car Park.
Once you arrive at Valet simply hand your keys to our valet parking attendant, and pick up your car once you're finished shopping. Check out our handsfree shopping service available for all valet customers.

Will my car Fit?
With height restriction of 1.93m, our Valet parking entry will accommodate all sedan's and majority of 4WD vehicles.

What if my Mobility Parking Permit has expired?
To continue to access free mobility parking at Westfield Warringah Mall, please visit the Concierge desk to renew your mobility permit.
Please bring a photo of the front and back of the permit for registration.
Mobility parking spaces are available to all mobility permit holders. These spaces are located within close proximity to all entrances with the car park.

Temporary traffic changes -Purple Carpark works

What’s changing:
Purple Carpark exit closures: • Cars and trucks will need to exit via old Pittwater Road as the exit to Pittwater Road or Green Street will be closed.
• Vehicles under 1.93m can exit right onto Old Pittwater Road via Yellow Carpark. All other vehicles must turn left onto Old Pittwater Road to exit.
• Twelve car parking bays will be temporarily unavailable.
Orange Carpark: The ramp from Orange P3 to Purple will be closed. Please use the alternate exit ramp onto Cross Street.
Yellow Carpark: There will be no access from Yellow Carpark P3 to Purple during the works.

How do I manage my parking profile?
Download the Westfield app and create an account to manage your parking profile. In the Westfield app you can update your vehicle details, set a 30-minute parking timer and view your parking transactions.
I have an existing parking account, where can I access it?
You can access your account via the Westfield app.
Conditions of entry
By entering this car park you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not accept these conditions you must immediately proceed to the nearest exit and leave the car park.
We make no express warranties in relation to the services we provide. Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers have certain rights which cannot be excluded, including guarantees as to the fitness for purpose of services. Nothing in these conditions of entry shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, and which by law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
1. Limitation of liability and indemnity:
You enter and use the car park at your own risk. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for, and you indemnify us against, any cost, expense, liability, loss, damage, claim or proceeding (whether direct or indirect, howsoever rising) we incur in relation to:
- Personal injury to or death suffered by you or any person; or
- Theft, loss of, destruction or damage to, any vehicle, its parts or accessories, any property on or in a vehicle or elsewhere in the car park or any damage to the car park, arising out of, or in any way relating to the use of the car park by you or any person in your company, except to the extent that any liability is caused or contributed to by our negligence or breach of these conditions by us.
2. Usage restrictions:
You must not distribute handbills or pamphlets, engage in any commercial activities or use skate boards, scooters or roller blades without our authorisation. You must not bring or leave in this car park any offensive, hazardous or dangerous substance or thing, nor anything which may be or become a danger, nuisance or inconvenience to us or to any person lawfully in or about this car park or Centre. If you do so you shall be trespassing. You are entitled to 3 hours free parking on your first entry into the car park. When returning to the car park in the same day you will only receive an additional 3 hours free parking if your time of car park entry is more than 45 minutes after your previous car park exit.
3. Fee:
Parking fees will be charged in accordance with the schedule of fees displayed in this car park. If you bring your vehicle into this car park you agree to pay the parking fee as set by us from time to time. We may prevent exit of a vehicle from this car park until we are satisfied that any fee is paid and we will not be liable to you for doing so except to the extent that any liability is caused or contributed to by our negligence.
4. Compliance with signs, directions, and hours of operation:
You must, whilst in the car park, comply with all its signs and with all directions and requests made by us. In particular, you must:
- not cause any obstruction in this car park;
- not park anywhere that we designate as a no parking or reserved area unless you are authorised by us to park in those areas;
- not use the car park other than in accordance with the signage and markings in the car park and any instructions we may give you;
- not use parking bays set aside for mobility impaired and/or disabled persons unless you are lawfully entitled to use these bays and you display clearly on the vehicle a current permit; and
- gain access to or remove a vehicle only during the hours we display in the car park.
5. Valet parking:
This car park contains car spaces which are valet parked. We may at any time move or drive any vehicle left for parking in the valet car spaces. We may deliver a vehicle to any person who produces a ticket, or provides evidence of authority or entitlement to remove a vehicle. We may retain a vehicle until we are provided with proof of payment, or evidence of ownership or entitlement to receive the vehicle which is satisfactory to us. We do not promise or represent that a vehicle will be delivered earlier than the time agreed when we accept it for parking. We are not liable for the theft, loss or damage to a vehicle or delivery of your vehicle to any person who did not have authority to use or take your vehicle, except to the extent that any liability is caused or contributed to by our negligence.
6. Exit of vehicles:
We may permit the exit of a vehicle whether evidence of authority or entitlement to remove a vehicle is produced or not. We are not liable for the theft or loss of or damage to a vehicle or delivery of your vehicle to any person who did not have authority to use or take your vehicle, except to the extent that any liability is caused or contributed to by our negligence.
7. Our rights in respect of your vehicle:
We may deny you access to the car park of your vehicle, or may enter, move, drive or park any vehicle by towing or otherwise, at any time if required by law or reasonably necessary for the safe operation of the car park. We also have the right to prevent exit of a vehicle until we are provided with evidence of ownership or entitlement to receive the vehicle satisfactory to us. In the event that a vehicle is left on our premises for a continuous period in excess of 24 hours then we may move the vehicle by towing or otherwise at your expense.
8. Interpretation:
“Any person in your company” means any person who comes into the car park with you or in your vehicle or who was brought or sent into the car park by you.
“Car park” means all the property constituting the car park including any entry and exit ramps, loading docks, driveways and elevators and stairways servicing the car park.
“us” or “we” means each of the owner(s) of the Centre and any manager of the Centre from time to time, and their related bodies corporate, employees, agents and subcontractors.
“You” and “your” refers to and includes each person who enters the car park in any manner and any owner of a vehicle which enters the car park.
