Eligible HCF members* can get a free 10-minute Heart and Diabetes Health Check at HCF Brookvale Eyecare Centre (located on Level 2 Rooftop, Westfield Warringah Mall) from
26 – 30 October.
The checks will be delivered through HCF’s partnership with the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. A Victor Chang health expert will carry out a blood pressure, total cholesterol and average blood sugar (HbA1c) reading, and you’ll get on-the-spot healthy heart advice with follow-up recommendations.
