There have been 62 regular season games played outside the United States, but this is the first time that Australia will host a game.

Tom Brady has won seven Super Bowl titles, which is more than any single NFL team. Six of those titles were with the New England Patriots.

The New England Patriots and the Pittsburgh Steelers have won the most Super Bowls, sharing the record with six titles each.

Super Bowl rings are custom-designed and given to the team who wins the NFL championship each year. As well as players and coaches, the winning team can present rings to anyone they choose, including trainers, executives, cheerleaders and janitors.

Game balls go through a special process to prepare them for the NFL. Balls are treated with a secret mud formula to strip the slick wax coating, soften the leather and provide a better grip for players.

There are now 32 teams in the NFL, which are split evenly into two major groups called conferences: American Football Conference (AFC) and National Football Conference (NFC). The 16 teams in each conference play each other during the season, with the winner of each conference playing in the Super Bowl.
