As part of Move It for Mental Health, we're bringing the community together for a morning of movement, connection and wellbeing, while raising funds for Lifeline.

Move It for Mental Health is all about getting active and making time for your mental wellbeing. Whether it’s a workout, a Pilates class or simply getting moving, every step helps create positive connections and supports an important cause.
