There's no doubt that it takes a village to raise a child! Westfield Penrith's Kids Mornings are an opportunity to meet other parents & carers with children the same age while our team of experts carries out an hour-long program for your kids to nourish and enrich their minds and bodies.

Grill’d Burger Making Workshops for Kids
Calling all little food lovers! In collaboration with Grill’d, this hands-on burger-making workshop gives kids to learn to create their very own Grill’d burger from start to finish.
Guided by the friendly Grill’d team, children will learn about ingredients, nutrition and food preparation, while discovering how to build a delicious, balanced burger. Once their masterpiece is complete, they’ll get to sit back and enjoy their creation — the best part!
Date: Tuesday 21st July 2026

Cost: $5 per child - All proceeds are donated directly to Our Community Cares.

Build A Bear Workshops
We’re inviting your little ones to enjoy a magical morning at Build-A-Bear Workshop, filled with creativity, imagination and plenty of smiles.
Each child will receive a pre-stuffed furry friend and take part in Build-A-Bear’s much-loved Heart Ceremony, bringing their new friend to life in a fun and memorable way. Kids will also participate in a naming celebration, complete with their very own Birth Certificate, before heading home with their furry friend tucked safely inside a Build-A-Bear Bear Condo.
This hands-on experience is perfect for kids who love imaginative play and creating something special to take home.

Playtime at Little Amigo's
We're inviting your little ones to join us at Little Amigos for a morning full of fun! Each booking is for one child for 1 hour of play, and their accompanying parent or guardian will get free entry and a coffee from the Little Amigos Cafe.

About Our Community Cares
Our Community Cares is a volunteer-based charity who fundraise all year round to help the Penrith Local Government Area community with comfort and needs. All money raised stays within the community to finance programs for the area’s lonely, infirmed, aged and young adults, with no outlays for wages or committee payments.
