Our friendly concierge team are available to help you with directions, store information, lost property, transport, parking information and more.
For mobility-impaired customers, we offer complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers. The wheelchairs and power shoppers are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. Please contact concierge to book your mobility equipment in advance to guarantee availability.
For your convenience, you will also find accessible parking near the entry point on every car park level. Westfield Parramatta has over 60 accessible parking bays, located in Campbell Street carpark on level 2-8, and Aird Street carpark on level 2-6.
Please register your mobility parking permit at the concierge desk to receive validation. Once registered, simply take your parking ticket to the concierge desk during your 3 hour stay, and they will validate your ticket.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme
Westfield is a proud participant in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme which helps to support and raise awareness for people living with a hidden disability.
Under the Hidden Disability Sunflower scheme, our customers with hidden disabilities such as autism, chronic pain, dementia, anxiety, visual or hearing impairment, can choose to wear a lanyard bearing a sunflower logo as a subtle way of letting our centre employees and retailers know that they may require additional support, assistance, or a bit more time when visiting our centres.
The free Sunflower lanyards can be collected from Concierge located on Level 2 near Myer and Level 4 near Target.
