Roger Chung, a Vietnamese born chef and the owner, has been working in some of the most prestigious kitchens in Brisbane for the past 10 years and has finally decided put his own skills to the table and create a mouth watering menu of his own.

Ka Chow will be serving up a variety of traditionally inspired Asian cuisines using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
