What do you love most about working for Billini and when did you start?

I started with Billini in September 2025, opening our gorgeous North Lakes boutique. From the very beginning, what I’ve loved most about working for Billini is how a company can feel so much like a family. The culture and support across the entire business from each store team to Head Office is truly incredible. There’s so much opportunity for growth and ongoing training, which makes every individual feel valued and like they genuinely play an important part in the company’s success.

What makes Billini different from other footwear or fashion brands?

What sets Billini apart is the perfect balance between trend-driven fashion and accessibility. The brand is always ahead of current trends, offering statement styles that feel high end while still being affordable for our customers.
Beyond the product itself, it’s the customer experience that truly makes Billini different. From personalised styling advice to genuine, confident service in store, we don’t just sell shoes we help customers feel elevated, empowered, and confident in their look.

What’s one thing customers might not know about Billini?

One thing customers might not realise just how much happens behind the scenes to bring each collection to life. From trend forecasting and design development to in-store training and styling education, there’s so much care and collaboration involved before a style even reaches the shop floor. Every launch is thoughtfully curated, and our teams are continuously trained so we can confidently style and personalise the experience for every customer who walks through the door.

Where do you find the biggest fashion inspirations? (Cities, designers, events?)

I find a lot of my fashion inspiration from global fashion capitals like Paris and New York, where street style and runway trends really set the tone for the season. I also love keeping up with Fashion Weeks around the world, as they’re often the first glimpse into upcoming colours, silhouettes, and statement details. Beyond major events, I draw inspiration from social media, influencers, and everyday street style seeing how real women style trends in their own way is always inspiring.

Are there any trends you’re excited to see come back for Autumn / Winter or Spring 2026?

I’m so excited about what’s coming! Festival boots are making a strong comeback, bringing that bold, statement energy into the cooler months — especially paired with textured finishes and snake or scale patterns. I’m also loving the return of rich berry tones and suede for autumn/winter, which always adds depth and warmth to any outfit. For Spring, the “endless summer” vibe is everything — effortless heels and sandals, feminine ballet flats, and versatile back-to-work heels and flats that transition perfectly from office to events. And of course, bridal will always have a special place — timeless, elegant styles that make every moment feel elevated. It’s such a beautiful mix of statement pieces and wearable staples — something for every mood and every moment.

Which Billini style / collection are customers loving right now?

Right now, customers are absolutely loving our festival boots; they’re bold, versatile, and perfect for styling with everything from denim to dresses. Our endless summer heels and sandals are also huge favourites, bringing that effortless, warm-weather vibe that everyone is gravitating toward. In addition, ballet flats and back-to-work heels and flats have been flying out the door customers appreciate styles that are both stylish and comfortable for everyday wear. And on the trendier side, pieces featuring snake and scale patterns and rich berry tones are proving to be standout sellers. It’s been so exciting to see such a wide range of styles being embraced from statement boots to everyday classics!

What’s your favourite accessory that pairs perfectly with a Billini shoe?

My go to accessory has to be the Harriette Handle Bag. It’s such a timeless piece that instantly elevates any look.
