Enjoy the convenience of handsfree shopping on your next visit. Available to all valet customers, once registered, our customer service team will collect your shopping bags from every purchase in the centre, giving you more freedom to focus on the experiences you love. Prices vary; please see details below:

$10 | 1-5 stores
$20 | 6-10 stores
$30 | 11+ stores

Using handsfree shopping

1. Register upon arrival at Valet. A Valet ticket number will be sent to your phone or if you are a Westfield member, a notification will appear via the app.
2. Quote your valet ticket number to the retailer when you make a purchase to log your shopping bags.
3. Whilst you continue to shop, our customer service team will collect your shopping, delivering it to your car in valet.
