We sat down with Damian to get to know him a little better..

What do you love most about your role as a Westfield Stylist?

What I love most is the opportunity to connect with such a diverse range of people and help them feel confident in what they wear. Westfield brings together an incredible mix of brands and styles, which allows me to curate looks that are both aspirational and accessible. Seeing a client light up when all the pieces of the puzzle come together is always the most rewarding part of my role.

What is your current wardrobe staple?

A structured blazer! It’s so versatile yet timeless and instantly elevates any look. You can wear it layered over denim for everyday wear or paired with tailored trousers for a more polished finish. The right blazer brings structure, confidence and effortless style to any wardrobe.

How would you describe your approach to personal styling?

My approach is warm, collaborative and completely tailored to the individual. I take the time to understand each client’s lifestyle, their personality and goals, so the styling process feels supportive and enjoyable. Drawing on my experience and eye for detail, I can guide clients toward pieces that feel authentic and natural to them. Styling isn’t always about total transformation, for me it’s about helping people feel confident, comfortable and truly themselves in what they wear.
