To ensure all our customers can navigate around our centre with ease we offer the following services to assist with accessibility.

Concierge desk

Our friendly concierge team are available to help you with directions, store information, lost property, transport, parking information and more. Find them on Level 1 near Foot Locker & Level 2 near Cotton On.

Accessible services

For mobility-impaired customers, we offer complimentary wheelchairs and power shoppers. The wheelchairs and power shoppers are in high demand, and are therefore subject to availability. Please contact concierge to book your mobility equipment in advance to guarantee availability.

To hire a mobility vehicle, you will need proof of identification, which should be either a valid passport, driver's license or proof of age card. On presentation of these, you'll be asked to fill out a hire agreement form. Once that's done, you're ready to go.

For your convenience, you will also find disabled parking near all main shopping centre entrances. To find the best parking for mobility-impaired customers please contact our concierge team on 08 8298 1188 to discuss which of our carparks will best suit your needs on your next visit.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme

Westfield is a proud participant in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme which helps to support and raise awareness for people living with a hidden disability.

Under the Hidden Disability Sunflower scheme, our customers with hidden disabilities such as autism, chronic pain, dementia, anxiety, visual or hearing impairment, can choose to wear a lanyard bearing a sunflower logo as a subtle way of letting our centre employees and retailers know that they may require additional support, assistance, or a bit more time when visiting our centres.

The free Sunflower lanyards can be collected from the Concierge Desk located on level 1, near Foot Locker.

Quiet Time

Westfield Marion aims to create an inclusive environment for all customers and offer a shopping experience where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

Through our Quiet Time initiative, we look to make a difference to those who face the challenges of shopping in a high sensory environment.

Every Tuesday between 10:30am - 11:30am, the lighting is reduced, the music is changed to a softer playlist and the volume is adjusted to limit sensory over-stimulation. Beyond the common areas in Westfield Marion, many of our retailers will also participate by dimming the lights and lowering the music in their stores during Quiet Time.
