We’ve commenced upgrade works on the escalators that travel between Big W on level 1 and Mister Minit on level 2. These works are scheduled for completion in November.

While works are underway, the escalators will be unavailable to customers. Directional signage will be in place to assist with navigation.

Please use the below guide to plan your next visit.

• If you’re shopping on level 1 near Big W, to access level 2, please use alternative travelators located near Charlesworth Nuts or Surf Dive N Ski.
• If you are on level 2 near Mister Minit, to access level 1, please use alternative travelators near Lego or Vodafone.
