Join the Westfield Walkers each Tuesday and Thursday at Westfield Knox for our mall walking program. Each session is run by a qualified fitness instructor and includes a warm-up session, supervised walking route and a cool-down. The group will meet at 7.30am on level 2, at the community space near Jamaica Blue. Please bring along a hand towel, drink bottle and walking shoes.
