Westfield Walkers

Join the Westfield Walkers for fun, social and supervised exercise that is facilitated by a qualified fitness instructor. The session includes a warm-up, supervised walking route and a cool-down. Please bring along a hand towel, drink bottle and walking shoes. Free to join. No bookings required.

Please note, Westfield Walkers sessions are now closed for 2024. Sessions will restart in 2025, with official start date to be announced.

Qilin School of Tai Chi Chuan

Learn a complete and traditional Tai Chi routine, suitable for all ages and abilities. Free to join. No bookings required.

Chair Yoga

Join Chair Yoga sessions with Coonara Community House, all about gentle and slow body movements while seated in a chair! Sessions kick off from 31 January 2025. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle!
