The new navigation feature in the Westfield app provides guided directions through Westfield Parramatta, helping you move seamlessly between stores and amenities.

You can now navigate confidently and easily, to:
- find a specific retailer quickly
- locate bathrooms, parents’ rooms & ATMs
- find Valet or Concierge
- find lifts and ramps by enabling accessibility routes
- plan an efficient shopping trip
- locate dining precincts
How to use
The navigation feature can be accessed via either the store directory or the centre map in your Westfield app.
Follow the steps below:
- Select your store. Then tap its location. (Tap your chosen store on the centre map, or tap the location pin icon on its directory listing)
- Tap DIRECTIONS
- Choose your starting point. Tap START.
That’s it! Away you go to navigating Westfield like a pro.
