Leading Greek Chef Dimitri Travlos has designed a life and career from the Greek kitchen. If ever a human can bottle and export the essence of Greek food and the spirit it embodies, it is Dimitri. Known throughout Australia and Greece, Dimitri has devoted his life’s work to sharing the secrets from the Greek kitchen – modern and ancient – with many people around the world experiencing his food.
He was born in Kefalonia, an island in the Ionian Sea nested between Zakynthos and Lefkada. He was raised among smells and flavours, pure Greek pictures and a family that had the hospitality and the family lunch as a very special characteristic.
Dimitri’s culinary Greek skills has produced this incredibly successful eatery bringing his very own distinctive and authentic Greek flavours to the Sydney’s food scene.
