Visit Augustus Gelatery at Doncaster

When our doors first opened, our philosophy was simple. We wanted to share our passion for our delicious artisan product in a distinctive space where everyone was welcome - both the young and the young at heart.

Today, our venture has proven to be wildly successful and yet our values have remained the same. We want the experience of entering our stores to be both memorable and relaxing, and to leave a sweet taste in all our customers mouths. We promote and protect the integrity of our brand so impeccable customer service is extremely important. We have a comprehensive working knowledge of our product in order to help customers navigate through the flavour profiles, engage them in conversation about our processes and ingredients, and cater for specific allergies and intolerances.

The operation of our stores are as simple and streamlined as possible and we place great value in the health, happiness and wellbeing of all our customers and staff. We believe this is why we continue to have a great store environment.

It is in this spirit of togetherness that our business will continue to thrive, and we can keep bringing joy to our community through one of life’s greatest and simplest pleasures - gelato!
