When our doors first opened, our philosophy was simple. We wanted to share our passion for our delicious artisan product in a distinctive space where everyone was welcome - both the young and the young at heart.

Today, our venture has proven to be wildly successful and yet our values have remained the same. We want the experience of entering our stores to be both memorable and relaxing, and to leave a sweet taste in all our customers mouths. We promote and protect the integrity of our brand so impeccable customer service is extremely important. We have a comprehensive working knowledge of our product in order to help customers navigate through the flavour profiles, engage them in conversation about our processes and ingredients, and cater for specific allergies and intolerances.
