Spago is a modern, Italian restaurant that focuses on providing authentic Italian cuisine specialising in hand-made fresh pasta.

Spago means a “ball of strings” in Italian, which describes the shape of “spaghetti”. Fresh pasta is where Spago started, sourced from the finest Australian durum wheat flour, and made according to traditional Italian pasta-making methods. In between Italian nonna’s traditional sauce and Aussie mum’s Spag Bol, Eddie brought his touch of Asian twist into Spago’s pasta.
