The first Pattison’s Patisserie was established in 1995, following the philosophy of French and European techniques, inspired by the pursuit of perfection and a quest to create exquisite pastries and handcrafted boulangerie as beautiful to look at as they are to taste. All of Pattison’s products are exclusive to us and irresistibly complimented by our signature coffee made in our boutique roasting house.
