Make sure you have the most up to date version of the Westfield app* or download if you’re not already a Westfield member
To redeem your gift, visit our Ground level customer service desk or fresh food pop-up cart, and present your receipt(s) to our staff.
Scan the unique QR Code and follow the prompts to redeem your Westfield Gift Card and Tote.

We offer quiet time every Tuesday between 10:30am - 11:30am with our centre lights dimmed and music volume adjusted. You can also find our sensory friendly map here to assist customers who are sensitive to sounds, lights and smells, and may benefit from low-sensory shopping experiences.
