Lifeline Connect: A free, friendly place to talk
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and talking with someone early can help you feel less alone and more supported.
Now available at Westfield Warringah Mall Library, Lifeline Connect offers free, face-to-face conversations with trained Lifeline supporters in a safe and welcoming environment. Open to everyone in the community, you can simply drop in for a chat. You do not need to be in crisis, and no issue is too big or too small.
There’s no appointment, referral, Medicare card or private health insurance required. Simply drop in for a confidential conversation at your own pace and, if needed, access information about other support services in the community.
