Booking information:
Please ensure you arrive on time as the sessions follow a 30 minute lightly structured schedule. Your spot will be forfeited if you do not arrive within the first 5 minutes of the session start time. Any walk-in's will be to the discretion of the host

We offer quiet time every Tuesday between 10.30am - 11.30am with our centre lights dimmed and music volume adjusted, find out more here.
