How long have you been working at Nude Lucy, and what’s been a highlight of your time with the team?
Chloe, our fabulous Store Manager, joined the Nude Lucy team in February 2024, followed by Nikkia, our amazing Assistant Store Manager, in April 2024. We absolutely adore our close-knit team, which is currently made up of just three wonderful gals - Taylah, Sophia, and Daisy. One of the highlights of our time together is when we get the chance to unwind outside of work, enjoy a delicious dinner, and sip on some cocktails.

Nude Lucy was born out of a love for relaxed, effortless style — how do you and your team bring that vibe to life in-store?
Nude Lucy releases exclusive monthly capsules, thoughtfully curated by our talented Sydney-based fashion designers, embodying the essence of a timeless wardrobe inspired by an inherently Australian relaxed way of life. Our team takes pride in wearing each new collection, showcasing Nude Lucy's signature style while adding their own personal flair through unique styling and accessories.

Your pieces are known for being timeless and easy to wear — what’s the most popular or loved item in-store right now?
As we transition into Autumn and Winter, our best-sellers evolve from our luxurious 100% French Organic Lounge Linen pieces to our chic 100% Organic Cotton Denim collection. A standout favourite, our Relaxed Leg Jean has consistently topped the charts and sold-out multiple times in previous seasons. Back by popular demand, it now comes in three new shades: 90's Blue Wash (Mid-Blue), Force Blue (Deep Blue), and Vintage Black (Washed Black). The silhouette features a high rise, tailored fit at the waist and hip, with a relaxed leg that flows effortlessly from thigh to ankle. Every wardrobe needs a high-quality pair of denim jeans – they’re a timeless staple that can be styled in countless ways.

As a brand "made by women, for women," how does that influence the way you engage with local customers?
This core philosophy shapes everything we do, especially in how we engage with our local customers. We are deeply committed to empowering women through both our products and our interactions. We aim to create a space where women feel seen, valued, and supported. This connection drives us to not only offer timeless, high-quality pieces but also to foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity. We love hearing from our local customers, learning about their experiences, and creating a space where they can express themselves confidently through style.

For someone visiting Nude Lucy for the first time, what’s one thing you’d love them to know about the brand?
We want everyone to know that Nude Lucy is a proudly Australian brand, originally established in Sydney, NSW. We believe in the importance of consciously supporting homegrown businesses. As a team, we take great pride in representing a successful, ever-evolving company that continues to grow and inspire.

What’s your go-to piece from Nude Lucy that you think everyone should have in their wardrobe?
That's a tough one - there are so many stunning pieces to choose from! But if I had to pick, it would definitely be a Lounge Linen set. Our Lounge Linen collection is crafted from 100% Organic French Linen, making it incredibly durable, breathable, and ethically produced. Available in three timeless colours; Coal (our best-seller), Natural, and White, these pieces are part of our core range and remain popular year-round. We also release exclusive pops of colour as part of our monthly capsules. Are there any fashion trends or styling tips you’re loving right now that you think customers should try?
We believe we should all embrace experimentation with our style, and one of the best ways to do this is through accessories. Whether it’s adding a belt or a statement earring, accessories can truly elevate an outfit. The beauty lies in how each piece can transform an ensemble - take our Organic Poplin Shirt, for example. You can wear it in so many ways: tucked in, tied at the waist, or open and layered for a fresh look each time.

What advice would you give to someone trying to build a timeless and effortless wardrobe?
