At David’s Master Pot, we honor the traditional cooking methods of Sichuan, the birthplace of Malatang, by stir-frying over 20 herbs and spices, including Sichuan peppercorns.

We then combine them with our rich pork bone broth and secret chili oil, boiling it for up to 12 hours to create the most authentic Malatang soup base.
