Parking
To help make parking as easy as possible, we’ve introduced a smarter parking experience to help ease congestion and make it quicker and easier for customers to find a park when they visit us.
The new controlled parking system will use licence plate recognition technology, which means it is ticketless as well as contactless, with your number plate becoming your ticket. The majority of customers will continue to park for free, with a free parking period of 3 hours available, every visit.
How will it work?
Licence plate recognition will record the time of entry on customers’ arrival. Those visiting for three hours or less will receive free parking and can drive straight out, with the boom gate opening automatically.

How it works
Westfield members:
- There is no boom gate at entry, so you can drive straight into the car park. If your visit is under 4 hours and you’ve added your number plate into the Westfield app parking is free.
- Proceed straight to the exit, the parking system will recognise your number plate and the boom gate will open automatically.
- If your stay is longer than 4 hours, you can pay the parking fee with your credit card via a pay station. The system will recognise your parking payment and the boom gate will open automatically.
Standard:
- There is no boom gate at entry, so you can drive straight into the car park. If your visit is under 3 hours, parking is free.
- If it is over 3 hours and you are not a Westfield member, head to one of the many pay stations, enter your number plate and pay the parking fee.
- Drive to the exit where the system will recognise your parking payment and the boom gate will open automatically.
