This Christmas season, our Local Heroes and dedicated community volunteers will be hosting our Christmas gift wrapping station at Westfield Mt Druitt.

With every gift wrapped, you'll be contributing directly to our local community partner, Mt Druitt Supportitive & Palliative Care, with all proceeds going back to the them.

Mount Druitt Supportive & Palliative Care

The Palliative Care Westfield Gift Wrapping Fundraiser, raises funds that go directly toward supporting patient comfort and wellbeing. Donations help purchase items such as essential oils, hand creams, and resources for hand massages provided by the Volunteers to patients.

Funds also support special events like Father’s Day BBQs and Mother’s Day morning teas, the Jolley Trolley food and drink items, and materials for meaningful legacy and memory-making activities, including craft supplies and biography books for legacy work including the presentation and binding for the families to keep and treasure of their loved ones.

This year, the team is striving to use some of the funds for volunteer education and conference opportunities to build on knowledge and skills to enable quality holistic care to patients and support to their families and carers at the most difficult time in life's journey.
